Nyandy Warは、日本を拠点にビジュアルアート、音楽、映像、物語を横断する
マルチディシプリナリー・アーティストです。AI時代の入口に立つ現在を観測し、
都市、人間の知覚、感情、記憶、アイデンティティがどのように書き換えられていくのかを、まだ存在しない世界の風景として可視化しています。
その制作の起点にあるのは、自然と人工、身体とデータ、記憶とエラー、現実とフィクションの交差です。未来をユートピアやディストピアとして断定するのではなく、相反する要素が同時に存在する曖昧な世界をつくることで、鑑賞者を日常的な認識の外側または内面へと導きます。
音楽はビジュアルの背景ではなく、ビジュアルも音楽の説明ではありません。音、イメージ、物語はそれぞれ同じ世界から採取された断片であり、互いに接続されることで、見る者の内側に一つの世界を形成します。
Nyandy Warは未来を予言するのではなく、現在にすでに現れている未来の兆候を採集し、見て、聴いて、感じることのできる世界へと変換します。その世界構築を通して、テクノロジーとの境界が揺らぎ続ける時代に、人間とは何かを問い続けています。

Nyandy War is a multidisciplinary artist based in Japan,
working across visual art, music, moving image, and narrative.
We are now standing at the threshold of the age of AI.
How will our cities be transformed?
How will human perception, emotion, memory, and identity be rewritten?
By observing the first signs of these changes,
Nyandy War gives visible form to landscapes of worlds that do not yet exist.
The work begins at the intersections of nature and artifice,
body and data, memory and error, reality and fiction.
Rather than defining the future as either utopia or dystopia,
Nyandy War constructs ambiguous worlds in which opposing forces coexist without being reconciled.
These worlds lead the viewer beyond the boundaries of everyday
perception - or inward, toward the hidden depths of the self.
Music is not a background for the visuals.
Nor are the visuals an explanation of the music.
Sound, image, and narrative.
Each is a fragment gathered from the same world.
When these fragments resonate and connect, a singular world begins to emerge within those who see and listen.
Nyandy War does not attempt to predict the future.
Instead, the practice gathers signs of the future that have already begun to surface within the landscape of the present, transforming them into worlds that can be seen, heard, and felt.
At a time when the boundaries between humanity and technology are continually shifting, and even their contours are becoming uncertain,
Nyandy War continues to ask what it means to be human
through the act of building worlds.
